Built by OFFSHIFTScope
Built by Offshift currently operates as a sole proprietorship. These terms concern use of the Built by Offshift website and free local visibility assessment. Paid services are subject to the separate proposal or agreement accepted for that work.
Using the assessment
Use accurate business information and only submit contact information you are entitled to provide. Do not use the tool to impersonate another person, submit misleading information, interfere with the service or bypass usage controls.
Understanding the report
The assessment is an automated snapshot based on the selected business, keywords, location, radius and available data. Results can vary by location, search term and time. A report is a starting point for review, not a guarantee of accuracy, a complete evaluation of your business, or a promise of future ranking, traffic or revenue.
Sharing your report
You may download and share your assessment report, including with your staff or another service provider. Keep its findings and context intact so it is not presented misleadingly. Sharing permission does not transfer ownership of third-party data or materials.
Access and services
The no-connection audit does not require access to manage your Google Business Profile. Requesting an audit does not purchase a service or create a paid engagement. A separate agreement is needed for paid work.
Contact and marketing choices
Contact details supplied for an enquiry or assessment are handled as described in the privacy policy. When you provide an email address to receive a new assessment, the tool is designed to send an automated email with your report link once it is ready. Delivery time depends on report processing and the email service. If you separately agree to assessment follow-up, Built by Offshift may personally email, call or text you about your results and relevant services. This personal follow-up is separate from the requested report email; it does not include an automated promotional sequence. Consent to follow-up is optional and is not required to receive the audit. You may withdraw it by replying to a message, telling us during a call, or contacting hello@builtbyoffshift.com.
Newsletter signup is separate. Neither requesting an audit nor agreeing to assessment follow-up subscribes you to The Offshift Weekly.
External tools
The assessment and booking tools are provided through external services. Availability and results depend in part on those services and their data sources.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Alberta and the federal laws of Canada applicable there, subject to any mandatory rights or protections that apply to you.
